SoSecure Child Swim Diaper is reusable swim diaper that is designed for children dealing with incontinence. The garment is designed to be worn under a swim suit, next-to-skin. It is intended for bowel containment and also certain amounts of urinary leakage. It is important to purchase the correct size and keep it as snug as possible using the adjustable closures. Although designed for swimming, it can also be used as a cover for disposable or cloth diapers.
