  • Assembly Instructions:
    - Overlay top leg with pre-assembled pin over corresponding holes in the middle of the bottom leg
    - Hammer the pin into bottom leg and making sure that its flush with the top leg.
    - Place lock washer onto bolt and install from the bottom side of the base into bottom of post.
    - Snap the hook over the top end of post until the snap pins pop through the two holes in the tube portion of the hook.
