4251717-02 is of polyurethane, which is a polymer composed of organic units joined by carbamate links. Whereas 4252594-02 is maed of Fluorinated ethylene propylene which is a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene. It differs from the polytetrafluoroethylene resins in that it is melt-processable using conventional injection molding and screw extrusion techniques.
