How to apply Medline FitRight Basic Briefs:

• Unfold the brief, open up the side panels.
• Hold the front and back ends and snap open to activate the anti-leak guards
• Fold the brief in half, hold it on both ends (NOT the side panels), and slide it up high between the legs, from the front to the back
• Spread open the back and front of the brief to cover the person properly
• Align the wetness indicator with the spine for a better fit
• Peel the top skin-safe closures, one at a time, and attach to the front with a slight downward angle
• Push down on each closure for a secure fit
• Proceed to peel the bottom closures, one at a time, and attach at an upward angle

Precautions to be taken while using Medline Basic Adult Diapers:

• Snap the brief to activate leak guards.
• Use the right size- Do not use greasy creams or ointments.
• Petrolatums or petroleum-based products may prevent FitRight from working properly.
• Dimethicone ointments or creams, like Medline Remedy Hydraguard, work well with FitRight.
• Do not pull on the side panels to position the brief.
• Pull in the middle of the front and back to position the brief
• Firmly press the closure, rough side down to the front of the brief and rub it like a postage stamp
